  8. ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  9. 1 egg

  10. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  11. ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine mashed banana, nut butter, honey, egg, and vanilla.

  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until fully mixed.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips or raisins if using.

  6. Scoop dough into 12 cookies and place on the baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden.
